Vincent P. Torres, D.O. is a native of New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1989. He completed medical school at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Torres completed one year of general surgery at Union Hospital in Union, N.J. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Greenville Memorial Hospital in June 1998 where he served as Chief Resident and was awarded the South Carolina Teacher’s Award.
In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, exercising and coaching youth sports. Dr. Torres and his wife, Lisa, have two boys and are active members of Holy Cross Episcopal Church.
He is fluent in Spanish.
